He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Farris; and his former wife Teresa Favier. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Kusnierkiewicz (Eric) of Saint Louis, MO; and his granddaughter Adaline Kusnierkiewicz. He is also survived by two brothers; several nieces and nephews; many friends.
