She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Wallace and Nellie Jane Cleaver Wallace; her husband Richard "Rick" Farris; her siblings, Elsie Williams, Margaret Vohle and Captain Lloyd Cox; her son Michael W. Betts; and her grandson Jeff Ashworth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Ashworth (Ronnie) of East Cape, Debbie Penrod (Mike) of Steeleville, Becky Betts (Jeff) of Denver and Lisa Hayes; her daughter-in-law Vicki Betts of Paducah, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Matt Ashworth, Michael Betts (Kelley), Rob Betts (Sarah), Ethan Copeland, Melissa Taylor, Julie Powell (Eric), Jeanna Weatherby (Tony), Heather Rushing (Ryan), Marla Latham (Steve), Jessica Copeland, Emily Lyons (Andrew) and Abby Richard (Jesse). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, many brothers and sisters.
