He was predeceased by: his children, Allen Gilliam and Price Gilliam; and his parents, Obie Gilliam and Lela Gilliam. He is survived by: his children, Eddie Gilliam (Angela), Lolita Gilliam, La Shawn Gilliam, Attim Gilliam, Terrence Sartin, Willie Sartin and Corey Sartin (Tiffany); and his siblings, Early Gilliam (Elizabeth) and Cleta Faye Everette (Steve).
