He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Armstrong and Jessie Armstrong (Woodard); his grandchild Kylynn; and his siblings, Ernestine Bell (John) and Frank Armstrong (late Jannie).
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Armstrong (Robinson); his children, Leamm Armstrong (Anya), Natoya Robinson, Jacquelyn Armstrong, Natalie Armstrong, Jessica Armstrong (Coris Ashford) and Grover Armstrong Jr. Loving; his grandchildren, Barbara, Bradford Jr., King, Isaac, Joylene, Jayla, Railyn, Charles Jr., Jaceyon, Trinity, Jurnei, Andrea, Giselle and Grover III; and his sibling Harvest Lewis (Nathan).
