It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Vanderway in Maywood, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 18, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Vanderway and Mary Vanderway; and his sister Carolyn Yurkiw (Adam). He is survived by: his spouse Sandy; his children, Eric (Michelle), Brian (Christine), Kristen (Michael DiBenedetto) and Joy (John Sostak); and his grandchildren, Toby, Tyler, Nicholas, Brooke, Clara, Leo, John, Edith and Henry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
