It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Duey of Mattoon, Illinois, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, William Duey and Mary Ann Duey (Freese); his wife Rachel Gayle; his son Zachary Allen Duey (Meghan Elizabeth Angelos) of Philadelphia, PA; his stepdaughter Hannah Seay of Charleston, IL; his grandchildren, Elliot Angelos Duey and Tensley Brynn Dwyer; his siblings, Lisa Pape (Russ) of Yorkville, IL, Angie Foushi (Dave) of Lowell, IN and Joseph Duey (Jenny) of Tega Cay, SC; and his nieces and nephews, Rebecca, Rachel, Alysha, Grace, Ben, Chris, Timmy, Joseph and Noah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his honor may be given to Fit-2-Serve at 1320 Lafayette Ave in Mattoon.
