He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Duane and Linda Lou Maulding (Simmons). He is survived by: his brothers, Duane Maulding of Mattoon, IL, Brian Maulding (Barbara) of Cooks Mills, IL, Randy Maulding of Tuscola, IL and Glenn Maulding (Nicole) of Villa Grove, IL; and his aunt Ruby Bohlen of Savoy, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
