She was predeceased by: her stepfather David Harl; and her grandparents, Ernest C. Miller, Thomas, Rubie Ellison, Harry, Mary Rawlings Sr. and Tammy.
She is survived by: her parents, Ronald D. Miller (Kaki) and Marjorie E. Harl (Rawlings); her husband Kevin D. Howard; her siblings, Corey D. Miller (Laura) and Kimberly E. Miller Bergfeld (Curtis); her grandmother Teresa Miller; and her pets, Mandy, Walter, Tiny Tiger and Tazzie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or any Animal Shelter of the donor's choice.
