She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Eugene and Ruth Nora McCoy (London); her husband Larry Beals; and her brothers, Ronnie, Talmadge, Larry, Bobby, Charles and Keith.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy Smith of Windsor, IL, Lisa Gibbs (Chris) of Waxhaw, NC, Jerry Smith (Pamela) of Swansea, IL, Jaret Beals of Decatur, IL, Dana Ratliff (Tommy) of Gays, IL and Steven Smith (Samantha) of Mattoon, IL; and her brothers, Frank McCoy (Alice) of Caruthersville, MO and Mike McCoy (Sharon) of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
