He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Robin and Mildred Adair (Pierce); his daughter Joy Baumann; his grandchildren, Scotty Adair, Kevin Adair and Carlee Adair; and his stepson Terry Kircher.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Adair (Rhonda) of Charleston, Andy Adair (Christine) of Mattoon and Pat Adair (Judy) of Charleston; his stepchildren, Lowell Dean Kircher (Lori) of Shelbyville, Cathy Pauley (Robert) of Pana, Sharon Smith (Gary) of Pana, Myron Kircher (Kathy) of Oconee and Michael Kircher (Cheryl) of Herrick; and his grandchildren, Heidi Chambers (Dustin), Kristy Hardwick (Kevin), Dustin Adair, Michelle Roese (Michael) of Sullivan, D. J, Webster of Gays, Bailey Maldonado (Anthony) of Mattoon, Sam Adair (Allie) of Mattoon and Lindsay Shelley (Aaron) of Berwyn, IL. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren, great grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in his honor may be given to Coles County Habitat for Humanity or Camp New Hope.
