She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Duggins and Evalena Duggins (Blackard); her brother David Duggins; and her half-siblings, Bud Copenhaver, Jackie Yutzy and Marvella Dabs.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Ebie (Steve), Rhonda Dallas (Shad), Jimmie Nichols (Jeff) and Jennifer Hall; her grandchildren, Derek, Kylie Ebie, Dusty, Hannah Ebie, Ryan Hall, Taylor Dallas, Jessica, Jared Nichols, Cailin, Jayvon and Keni Burnett; her great grandchildren, Raiden, Logan and Thatcher Ebie; and her brother Ronald Duggins.

Memorial donations in her honor may be given to Sarah Bush Lincoln Cancer Center.
