He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo D. Kemper and Edna Kemper (Pugh); his siblings, Johnny, Brenda, Kathy "Diane", Rosie and Rita; and his daughter Sammie Stine.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Jr. Kemper (Viola), Joshua Kemper (Shauna), Rick Kemper (Jessi), Stevie Kemper (Chantel Miller) and Mary Kemper (Holden Alvey); his close friend Anita "Punky" Kemper; and his brothers, Danny Kemper (Tina), Leo Kemper (Jan) and Jim Kemper (Jackie). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and lots of nieces and nephews.
