He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Dale and Opal Matilda Kearney (Flemming); and his siblings, Darrell Kearney and Rita Kearney. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kearney of Mattoon, IL; his children, Mary Bowman (Keith) of Neoga, IL, Robert Kearney, William Kearney (Susan) of Humboldt, IL and Elaine Brandenburg (Josh) of Neoga, IL; and his siblings, Duane Kearney (Judy) of Charleston, IL, Darlene McGinnis of Springfield, MO, Judy Gray and Danny Kearney of Windsor, IL. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in his honor may be given to Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Regional Cancer Center.
