He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Rauch and Annie Rauch (Kelber); his former wife Anne Kovach; his wife Nedra Bean; his daughter Nancy Helen McMichaels (Rauch); and his grandson Jonathan Gibson.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Vadakin (Gene), Rebecca Mumma (Neal) and David Rauch (Robin); his grandchildren, Jeremy Vadakin, Jason Vadakin, Jamie Drage, Ryan Rauch, Todd Rauch, Brooke Mumma and Brandon Mumma; and his great grandchildren, Cason Vadakin and Anna Vadakin.
Memorial donations in his honor may be given to St. John's Lutheran Church of Mattoon.
