He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanor Maxine Cain (Honn). He is survived by: his father Robert L. Cain; his daughter Lindsey Butler (Thomas); his grandchildren, Hailey Bartels, Caleb Butler, Ava Butler and Lanie Butler; his close friend Tammy Gordon; his siblings, Lynn Cain (Kathy Mitchell) and Larry Cain; his nieces, Ashley Cain and Jennifer Gates (Darren); and his nephew Jason Cain.
