He is survived by: his son Christopher Helton; his stepsons, James Upton and John Upton (Marty); his daughter Melisa Amato; his grandchildren, Leo of Petaluma, CA, Desiree Behl, Matt Upton (Christa), Gracie Blakemore (Nate), James Upton and Joseph Upton; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Jalen Herschberger, Fletcher and Archer Blakemore; his brother Larry D. Helton (Judy); his sisters-in-law, Ruth Ann Helton, Jeanette Murday and Ruth Upton; and his daughters-in-law, Tara Campbell Upton Hunt and Linda Upton.
