He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sanders and Alta Sanders (Bidwell); and his siblings, Billy Sanders and Nancy Sanders Mattox. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Matteson (Allen) of Greenup, IL and Tammy Frost (Michael) of Mattoon, IL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in his honor may be given to Lincolnland Hospice.
