With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pearl Ann Adams of Mattoon, Illinois, born in Oakland, Illinois, who passed away on June 2, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Willard Edgar and Emma Christena White (Boardman); her husband Leo Dean Adams Sr.; her son Leo D. Adams Jr.; her grandson Keegan Virden; and her son-in-law Randy Crim.

She is survived by: her children, Chris Crim of Apopka, Florida, Cindy Perry of Strasburg, Frank Adams (Linda) of Shelbyville, Tony Adams (Faye) of Oconee, Lester Adams (Connie) of Mattoon, Barb Bennett (Chuck) of Strasburg and Joy Russell (Jay) of Mattoon; and her siblings, Bert, Charles, Beverly, Karen, Bill, Mike, Linda, Phyllis and Phillip. She is also survived by her 50 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials in her honor may be given to the donor's favorite charity and mailed to Lockart-Green Funeral Home, 302 W. Main St., Shelbyville, IL 62565.
