He is survived by: his children, Kris Phipps (Heidi) of Charleston, Pam Storm (Jeff) of Windsor and David Phipps (Cindy) of Mattoon; his grandchildren, Ryann Ibanez, Dalton Howard, Gentry, Zach Storm, Shelby, Riley, Mason Phipps, Alex Armijio, Patrick Singer, Bridget Sopena, Andrew, Quincy, Karly and Cameron Phipps; his great grandchildren, Branson, Christopher, Aisla, Kinsley, Travis, Eli, Lenox, Kye, Jamesen, Charlotte and Lucy; and his brother Jon Phipps of Windsor.
