With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Skaggs of Mattoon, Illinois, born in Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on December 21, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Skaggs and Virginia Skaggs (Lemke); and his son-in-law Calvin Crump Sr. Norman. He is survived by: his spouse Lavaughn Craig; his daughters, Stephanie Crump of Mattoon, IL and Renee Rardin (Chris) of Mattoon, IL; his grandchildren, Calvin Crump Jr. and Megan Crump; and his sisters, Patty Amerson (Ted) of Independence, LA and Terry Deokaran.
