He is survived by: his mother Shirley Jean Janosik (Buckler) of Mattoon, IL; his brother John D. Janosik II of Mattoon, IL; his nephew John Matthew Janosik (Brittney) of Freeport, IL; his aunts, Jody Janosik (Jeff Derrickson) of Mattoon, IL, Bonnie Bowling (Manuel) of Olive Hill, KY, Donna Webb of Olive Hill, KY, Edna Davis of Grayson, KY, Norma Giddings (Ron) and Clara Stake Morgan; and his uncle Donald Buckler (Elieen) of Olive Hill, KY. He is also survived by 35 first cousins.
