He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Andrew and Lorraine Wilson Bays; his former wife Joan Marie Phelps; and his son Brent Bays. He is survived by: his wife Mona Grafton; his son Clinton; his daughter-in-law Kirsten Bays; his sisters, Karen Bays of Wakefield, Quebec and Kathy Wallig (Matt); his grandsons, Andy Bays (Maddie), John Bays (Kendel), Jake Bays (Kaylee) and Nick Bays; and his great grandchildren, Trey, Parker and Brooks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
