She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Rowe and Ann Rowe (Chaney); and her granddaughter Emily Welton. She is survived by: her husband Duane Welton; her children, Mark Welton (Kim), Gary Welton (Ellen), Ann Jarvis and Susie Messman (Steve); and her grandchildren, Laura Welton, Hillary Welton, Macey Welton, Creighton Scott, Kyle Messman, Cassandra Scott and Brianna Messman.
