It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Margaret Magnotta of Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Francis and Janice Ellen Wilhelm (McCune); and her brothers, Phillip Wilhelm and Tom Wilhelm. She is survived by: her husband Chris of Mattoon, IL; her children, Laura Richey (Nathan) of Walnut, IL, Lance Magnotta (Amanda) of Carmi, IL and Joseph Magnotta (Karla) of Springfield, IL; her grandchildren, Natalie, Noelle Richey of Walnut, IL, Linus, Isabel Magnotta of Carmi, IL, Kurtis, Keith, Kolbe, Kilian, Josephine and Baby Magnotta; and her brother Dennis Wilhelm Sr. (Linda) of Decatur, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mary's memory towards the cost of services and will be accepted by Campbell Funeral Home who is in charge of arrangements.
