She is survived by: her sisters, Kathy Ormsby (Chuck) of Mattoon and Esther Ferry (Jim) of Fort Collins, Colorado.; her nephew Paxton Ormsby; and her nieces, Chris Barnhart (Mark) and Rachel Smith (Wylie).
