She was predeceased by: her mother Elda Ennen; her husband Robert "Bob" Perryman; and her sister Valerie. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Perryman and Dana Meyer (Scott); her siblings, Larry Wurzbuger and Connie Warner; her grandchildren, Amelia, Julia Perryman, Chloe, Quinn Meyer and Wendy Dexter; and her pet Tinkerbell.

Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the Sarah Bush Lincoln Regional Cancer Center.
