Marilyn H. Evans Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn H. Evans of Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallem Shutts and Frances Shutts (Hash); her husband John Everett Evans; her siblings, Betty Davee, Barbara West and Clarence Shutts; and her great grandchild Avery Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Howell (Bob), David Evans, Mike Evans, Kelly Tribby (Jim) and Lisa Ealy (Joey); her stepchildren, John Dow (Val), Donnie Dow (Diane) and Ronnie Dow; and her brother Bobby Shutts. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the American Cancer Society.
