She is survived by: her parents, Walter Hash and Harriet Hash (Daugherty); her spouse Richard Lee Johnson; her daughters, Teri Moore of Mattoon, IL and Meri Stewart (Scott) of Mattoon, IL; her grandchildren, Heather Hinton (Brian), Keri Auffenorde (Tim), Sadie Willaredt, Adam Willaredt, Jacob Stewart and Jerry Stewart; her great grandchildren, Shelbi Birch (Austin), Abbi Hinton, Benjamin Hinton, Lela Durbin, Louie Durbin, Rylee Durbin and Kynlee Durbin; her sisters, Norma Himes (Gene), Shirley Tomlinson, Lavetta Goens (Ebert) and Deon Myers (John); her husband Dick; and also Branson.
Memorial donations in her honor are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
