He was predeceased by: his parents, George Whitley and Gladys Whitley (Galbreath); and his wife Winnifred Rennels. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Whitley (Patrick Gaines) of Orlando, FL, Denise Coen (Donald) of Neoga, Jeffrey Whitley (Linda) of Mattoon and Kerry Whitley (Toni) of Lerna. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
