As Lucille departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Lucille may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lucille leaves behind.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Rudolph Keeffner and Cuma Keeffner (Oakley McMorris); her husband James "Mac" McClellan Hill; her sister Evelyn Butler; and her niece Deborah Kay Butler.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Roselawn Cemetery (1285 W State St, Charleston, IL 61920).

Memorial donations in her honor may be given to Transitions Hospice or The American Cancer Society.
