She is survived by: her husband Walter L. McKenzie of Mattoon, IL; her daughter Teresa Annis (Chris) of Mattoon, IL; her grandchildren, Josh Annis of Arthur, IL and Jenna Annis of Tallahassee, FL; and her sisters, Shirley Schwartz of College Grove, TN and Patty Adams of Foley, AL..
