She was predeceased by: her parents, Josiah Ingram and Grace Ingram (Warner); her husband James E. Shook; her stepson Kyle Shook; her siblings, Eugene Ingram, Kenny Ingram, Ralph Ingram, Phyllis Branum and Helen Tilley; and her sister-in-law Marie Ingram.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Henne (Zenaida) of Germany, Sandra Osborne (Ron) of Lerna, IL, Joe Henne (Jody) of Mattoon, IL, Doug Henne (Linda) of Piney Flats, TN and Becky Gates of Mattoon, IL; her stepsons, Gary Shook (Paula) of Overland Park, KS and Eric Shook of Hoopeston, IL; her brothers, Charles Ingram of Harrisburg, IL, Robert Ingram of Kinmundy, IL, Gary Ingram of Mattoon, IL and George Lybarger of Effingham, IL; and her sister-in-law Theresa Ingram of Indianapolis, IN.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Memorial donations in her honor may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
