She was predeceased by: her parents, George Campbell and G. Maxine Campbell (Lashbrook). She is survived by: her husband Larry Foote of Mattoon, IL; her son Adam Foote of Mattoon, IL; and her brother Terry Campbell of Mattoon, IL. She is also survived by many nieces nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations in her honor may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
