He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Haslett and Ruth Haslett; and his sister Ruth Ann Ragsdale. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Rogers; and his grandchildren, Eric Haslett (Suzanne), Gina Lucas (Larry), Tricia Ubellacker (Kent), Ryan Owens, Jessie Johnson, Jessilyn Ubellacker, Alex Lucas, Wyatt Ubellacker, Bailey Ubellacker, Holly Ubellacker, Delaney Ubellacker, Lance Lucas, Samuel Ubellacker, Nate Crump, Tyson Lucas and Chaya Haslett.

The family is requesting consideration of donations to the Leonard 'Boss Haslett Trades Scholarship.
