He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sparks of Mattoon, IL; his children, Eric Sparks (Megan Ryczek) of Oak Park, IL, Chad Sparks of Chicago, IL and Nick Sparks (Annah) of Washington, IL; his grandchildren, Ella Sparks, Claire Sparks and Madeleine Sparks; and his pet Molly.
