He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Ciulla and Nina Ciulla (Amante); and his sister Cindy Ciulla. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Ciulla (Schilling); his son Chris Ciulla of Mattoon; his brother Salvatore Ciulla of Gibson City; his stepchildren, Sierra Coartney of Charleston, Sydney Fisher of Denver, CO and Landon Pearcy (Sheyanne) of Mattoon; his parents-in-law, David and Linda Schilling of Mattoon; his brother-in-law Mark Schilling (John Pruitt) of Janesville, WI; and his granddaughters, Madalyn Coartney of Charleston and Violet Pearcy of Mattoon.
