He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoover "Pat" Kelley and Barbara Kelley (Tomer). He is survived by: his wife Joy Kelley; his children, Kirsten Primozic (Matt) and Colin Kelley; his grandchildren, Nico and Cameron Primozic; and his siblings, Lori Yousif (Paul) and Brad Kelley (Crystal).

Memorial donations in his honor may be given to Mattoon Booster Club or The Haven.
