He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin McKay and Ora E. McKay (Gifford); and his siblings, Junior McKay and Dorothy Atkinson. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lavonne Icenogle; and his children, Richard McKay (Michelle) of Charleston, James McKay of Houston, Texas and Pat Hall (Don) of Fairfield, Iowa. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
