He was predeceased by: his father George Leslie. He is survived by: his mother Alice June Hardin (Sanders) of Mattoon, IL; and his siblings, Karen Isom (Bob) of Terre Haute, IN and Carl Hardin (Debra) of Windsor, IL. He is also survived by four nieces, two nephews; several great nieces and nephews; and two great-great nieces.

Memorial donations in his honor may be given to Lincolnland Hospice.
