She is survived by: her parents, Stephen Cannoy and Mary Cannoy (Hamilton); her husband Joseph R. Patrick; her daughters, Jessica Allsop (Adam) and Jennifer Patrick; her siblings, Jess Cannoy (Patty), Rhonda Naples (Ron), Joella Higgins, Roberta Oakley and Florence Cannoy-VanHyfte (Mark); and her pet Sadie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the Coles County Animal Shelter or the American Cancer Society.
