It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce K. McCollum of Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Burt Neff; and her siblings, Terry Neff and Jonalee Haugh. She is survived by: her mother Mary Neff (Hines); her son Jeffery Mitchell "Mitch" McCollum; her grandchildren, Matthew McCollum, Benjamin McCollum and Kelsey McCollum; and her sisters, Susan O'Dell, Gail Neff and Kim Sledge (Jeffery).

Memorial donation in her honor may be given to Coles County Animal Shelter.
