She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Kingery and Rachel Anderson Kingery; her former husband Kenneth Ducker; her husband Eugene Webb; her grandsons, Christopher Bohannan and Kenneth Ducker III; and her brothers, Robert and Thomas Kingery.

She is survived by: her children, Melody Hovious (Kevin) of Mattoon, Kenneth Ducker II of Lake City, Florida and Johny Arthur of Mattoon; and her brother Jerry Kingery (Beverly) of Arthur. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren.
