He was predeceased by: his father Charles Raymond. He is survived by: his mother Donna Jean Meaker (Craig); his wife Rachel Jeanne Birdsong; his children, Whitney D. Evans (Brad) and Charles J. Meaker; his grandson Houston D. Evans; his sisters, Nancy Luchtefeld (Lenny) and Karen Stauffenberg (Randy); his parents-in-law, Dean and Diane Birdsong; and his brothers-in-law, Stacey Birdsong (Paula) and Brice Birdsong (Trish).
Memorial donations in his honor may be given to The Joe Fund at Washington Savings Bank.
