He is survived by: his wife Cheryl K. Jordan of Mattoon; his children, Jerry Wells Jr., Matthew Wells (Stacey), April Wells (Jason), Billie Malone, Brandi McCleary (Donnie), Sandi Gard (Mark) and Carla Easton (Jeremy); his siblings, Paula Hubner (Roger) of Shelbyville, Pam Catona (Philip) of Shelbyville, Loretta Agney (Brad) of Shelbyville, Barb Hocking (Donavan) of Shelbyville, Christy Macklin (Brent) of Findlay, James Wells (Becky) of Shelbyville and John Wells (Joy) of Shelbyville; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Ulmer of Strasburg and Janet Wells of Shelbyville. He is also survived by several grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
