He is survived by: his mother Betty Basham (Chronic) of Mattoon, IL; his brothers, Terry Basham Sr. (Kathy) of West Jefferson, OH and Larry Basham (Lori) of Mattoon, IL; his nephews, Terry "Bumper" Basham II (Valerie) of Cheboygan, MI, Joel Basham (Christina) of Fredonia, KS and James Basham of Mattoon, IL; his niece Misty Evans (Rodney) of Neoga, IL; his mother-in-law Marge Herman of Spring Hill, TN; and his close friends, Sadie and KiKi. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
