As we bid adieu to Jeffrey's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jeffrey has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William McWhorter and Vera Higgs (Fulk); and his brother Kelly Higgs. He is survived by: his wife Anna Fulk of Mattoon; his daughters, Lisa Chapman (Steven) of Mattoon, Brittany Fulk of Mattoon and Daisy Stevens (William) of Mattoon; and his brothers, Dale Higgs of Effingham and Larry Higgs Jr. (Amber) of Effingham. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pagel Funeral Home -Edgewood (701 Broad St, Edgewood, IL 62426). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
