He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Harold and Marilyn Fuller (Barr); his siblings, Michael "Todd" Fuller (Kim) of Mattoon, Billie Joe Fuller (Carol) of Neoga and Carolyn Sue Hinds (George) of Mattoon, Illinois; and his close friends, Leonard, Connie and Angie. He was also cherished by his feline companion, "Tigger"; several nieces and nephews.
