He was predeceased by: his mother Kathryn Mann (Elliott); his sister Donna Dingess; and his brother-in-law Leroy Becker. He is survived by: his father Henry Mann of Ballard; his children, Christopher "Shane" Banning (Marsha) of Louisville, James "Shawn" Banning (April) of Neoga, Dale "Shannon" Banning (Brandi) of Queen Creek, Henry "Shea" Banning (Vanessa) of Neoga, Angie Hoedebecke (Corey) of Springfield and Wendy Patterson (Cory) of Lerna, Illinois; his grandchildren, Samantha Weidner (Matt), Christina Banning, Bailey Banning, Blair Banning, Chase Banning, Dakota Banning, Weston Banning, Leah Banning, Dianna Banning, Tanner Bryson (Faith), Logan Adams and Colin Patterson; and his siblings, Robert Banning (Karen) of Charleston and Susie Becker of Neoga. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
