With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Record of Mattoon, Illinois, born in Tennessee, Illinois, who passed away on July 6, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Joe Cooper; her parents, J. V. Cooper and Hazel Cooper (Washburn); and her husband Richard F. Record, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Alexandra Claire Record (Richard Surdyk) of Munster, IN and Jacqueline Rush Record of Signal Hill, CA; her granddaughters, Gabriella Marie Evans of Signal Hill, CA and Theodora Claire Evans of Tucson, AZ; and her brother Frank Cooper of Sylvania, OH.
