He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph D. Harper and Berdina Harper (Walker); and his siblings, James David Harper and Chearie Lindsay. He is survived by: his wife Janet Harper (Buesking); his children, Brad Harper (Traci) and Becky McQueen (Sean); his grandchildren, Jordan Pearce, Dylan Harper, Nate Harper and Jacob McQueen; and his sister Vera Adams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his honor may be given to St. John's Lutheran Church and School.
